- Total Area Required: 1,976 sq m (21,269 sq ft)
- Hangar Area: 1248 sq m (13,433 sq ft)
- Offices Area: 520 sq m (5,597 sq ft) for 25 people

- Inclusive Assembly Line: Employs 34 individuals per line, with opportunities for 24 employees with mobility impairments. Each line operates 40 hours per week and can produce 52 Kóans eVTOLs per year with a single shift.
